Dr. Yiting Wang
WANG Yiting is a doctoral candidate in Corporate Management at the School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University.
Her research interests include human-AI collaboration, occupational psychology, transportation safety, smart tourism, employee well-being, and organizational adaptation in intelligent work environments.
She received her Bachelor of Management degree in Financial Management from Qingdao University of Technology and her Master of Management Studies from Macau University of Science and Technology. She is expected to obtain her Doctor of Management degree from Beijing Jiaotong University in June 2027.
Her work has been published in international journals including Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Safety Science, Research in Transportation Business & Management, Behavioral Sciences, and Journal of Transportation Safety & Security.
Yiting has participated in multiple national, provincial, university-level, and industry-funded research projects related to human-AI collaboration, intelligent transportation, driver job-fit assessment, autonomous taxi regulation, and occupational safety.
In addition to her research, she has contributed to the textbook Psychology of Driving Safety, serves as an anonymous reviewer for Frontiers in Psychology, and is a member of the Beijing Association of Behavioral Science.
