The 22nd Staff Exchange Program

The 22nd Staff Exchange Program was held in Beijing from February 19 to February 25, 2024. The program brought together members of the Foundation from China, Japan, and Korea to review the work of the first half of the year, plan ahead for the business competition in the second half, and take part in cultural-exchange activities.

A central highlight of the week was a mock business competition. Members from the three countries formed joint teams, discussed the competition prompt, and presented complete business plans for evaluation by a panel of judges.

Through this process, the teams sharpened analytical and presentation skills while accumulating valuable experience for the Foundation's future competitions.

After games that brought everyone closer together, members turned their collective effort toward the Foundation's brand itself, developing innovative event and promotional plans to raise profile and engagement.

The exchange was more than a workshop. It was a vivid embodiment of cross-border youth collaboration, a space where young people from China, Japan, and Korea learned from one another, built lasting bonds, and discovered what they could achieve together.
